Many institutions hold a quality system (or many) as part of their operating procedures but not as the center of their company culture (i.e.: learning organizations) and of their developing activities. You are interested to develop an efficient concept that would coordinate all practices and activities of your company from strategic decisions to their integration into the company culture....

Identifying the quality system most adapted to your needs

Your institution is free to choose a quality system (no specific requirement from external organisations / norms) but you have difficulty to identify which system would suit best your needs between ISO, Lean Six SIgma, EFQM or other quality systems. You need an external eye and expertise to support you in this decision.....

• Accompany Head of Project through the whole process to ensure project deadlines, actions and costs are respected.

• Train and accompany your different responsible and teams to sharpen their maturity and autonomy in monitoring QA procedures for efficient, sustainable and long-term outcomes
