ETHICS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Christian Daujat Consulting is bound to professional work ethics and confidentiality, applicable during its consulting activities and beyond. These statements are stipulated in the contract signed by both parties.

CONSULTING TEAM INTERVENTION

Christian Daujat Consulting is also committed to provide you with all necessary details regarding our consultancy activities and corresponding interventions' details. Upon the project's type, size, complexity or scope, several consultants may interact to meet deadlines, to add specific expertise and to optimize efficiency and success of the project. Christian Daujat Consulting remains however the sole point of contact and signatory to ease working relationship between the client and our consulting company

MANDATE

The mandate, signed once a work relationship agreement has been agreed between Christian Daujat Consulting and the client, is established as "consulting contract" and according to the Swiss "Code des Obligations" that our campany should comply with. The contract will include the following topics:

Description of the consulting mission
Description of the consulting activities with time frame
Follow-up of the consulting activities
Consulting Fees
Use of documents and data
Participation of consultant-partners
Contract renewal / cancellation

CONSULTING FEES

Consulting fees are established based on one of following approach

per day (or half-day) of intervention
as a package for the consulting interventions as a whole and based on agreed objectives

For contract spread over several months, consulting fees are charged on a monthly basis and based on the number of interventions made. A 7,7 % VAT will be added

A 10% advanced payment could be asked before consulting activities start to allow the pre-booking and calendar of consulting interventions.
