Primary analysis

 

An initiative, be it institutional, academic or on quality system, requires a comprehensive evaluation on its purposes and strategic outcomes, before being turned into a concrete projet.   

 

An external audit with its in-depth analysis respond traditionally to this need but this intervention is logistically very heavy (one week intervention in average) and generate high consulting fees. This do not correspond to most institution's needs who seek an initial low-price evaluation before turning the idea into a full project.

Christian Daujat Consulting proposes to run this initial evaluation (from one to five days of intervention maximum) and to report findings and pertinence on your initiative. Should the quality and professionalism of our intervention have convinced you, a longer working collaboration could be discussed.
